Berry & Bacon Walnut Salad
Ingredients:
Spring mix lettuce
Sliced strawberries (1/2 pint)
2 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/4 cup walnuts (toasted if desired)
Freshly shredded Parmesan for topping
Raspberry Walnut dressing for topping
Directions:
Wash and dry lettuce using OXO Salad Spinner. Toss all ingredients together in large bowl and serve. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI love spinach salad with walnuts, but haven't tried it with bacon and strawberries! I always look forward to seeing your next recipe and blog! ReplyDeleteOoh, I'd LOVE a salad spinner :) I love spring because I can take Ellie outside every day for a walk and not even need a coat! :) Who can complain about this awesome sunshine? I look forward to making this salad- it looks delicious!!

I love spring, especially here in Bloomington, IN, because I've never seen such beautiful flowering trees and the HUGE farmer's market is outside again! Now I can use locally grown fruits and veggies in your recipes!
