Chicken Wild Rice Soup with Homemade Soft Garlic Herb Knots


There's nothing better than a delicious, warm, comforting bowl of soup...especially when it is Chicken Wild Rice, one of my favorites. :) This was my first time making it. First time cooking wild rice. First time poaching chicken breast (aka: boiling it). And first time making my own rolls from scratch! Although the process took about 3 hours...and consequently we didn't eat dinner until after 8pm since I got home from work a little after 5....it all turned out great and was worth it in the end!
