Venison Steaks with Cheddar Stuffed Potatoes

I actually can't take credit for this meal...it was all made by wonderful husband. I had to work late so I asked him if he could start the dinner that I had planned on making. Well, he did...and it turned out great! He marinated the venison steaks in jalapeño juice which added a really delicious kick. He used this recipe from Real Simple magazine for the cheddar stuffed potatoes. Thank you honey for making this dinner...and always cleaning up after my complicated, messy meals :)
